We are currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Showroom Customer Service Representative in our Lagos location.
If you are a professional, career-minded individual with an interest in sales and who is committed to great customer service, this is the position for you!Responsible for the complete sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
Direct customers to appropriate departments/areas of the Showroom.
Provides a high level of customer service support with product expertise and advanced selling skills, must also be able to
research product alternatives for customers.
Monitor customer needs and preferences to determine focus of proactive sales efforts.
Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders
Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
Provide customers with product literature and catalogs.
Works directly with customers, builders and designers to select showroom products within established project budgets.
Participates in associate meetings and communicates any concerns to management.
Ability to organize and prioritize work.
Ability to effectively communicate in writing.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally.
Ability to interact cordially and professionally with co-workers, customers and management.
Ability to efficiently operate computers, tablets and mobile devices.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
Ability to effectively utilize postal and shipping/receiving systems.
Ability to effectively utilize organizational customer relationship management system.
